EmojiKicks ("we", "us") operates emojikicks.com. This site is a read-only showcase of our current inventory. This policy explains what information we do — and mostly don't — collect.

What we collect

• Nothing you type. This site has no accounts, no checkout, no forms, and no comment fields. You cannot enter personal information here.
• Standard server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) in server logs used for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify visitors and are purged on a rolling basis.

What we don't do

• We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
• We do not set cookies. The site keeps one small flag in your browser's session storage so in-page notices don't repeat during a visit; it never leaves your browser and disappears when the tab closes.
• We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information with anyone.

Third-party services

• eBay. Product links go to our eBay listings. Once you leave this site, eBay's own privacy notice applies.
• eBay. Some inventory links go to our eBay store, where eBay's privacy notice applies. Our seller tools interact with eBay's services on our own behalf as a seller; we do not collect or store other eBay users' personal data beyond what eBay provides to complete a sale (for example, a buyer's shipping details), and that information is used only to fulfill the order and is never shared or sold.
• Google Fonts. Page typefaces load from Google Fonts, which may log the request per Google's privacy policy.

Data deletion

If you have transacted with us through eBay and would like any information we hold (such as order fulfillment records) deleted, email us and we will remove it within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it.
